WATCH: New Louis Vuitton Fashion Film Stars Some Bag-y Bloggers

Shi shi Paris-based baggage experts Louis Vuitton just released a cutesy lil' new fashion film, dedicated to all things mini.

Tired of carrying your life around in that Celine Boston bag or that P.S.1 that's on the verge of falling apart? Well, why not go for a LV mini in a variety of colorful options?

Since the peeps over at the L to the Vizzle are getting recently fond of creating commercial-type short films, it would be awesome to see them do something for the Super Bowl. But alas, that would be totes off-brand for a luxury retailer in the reality of things. Though, a girl can dream -- can't she?

Check out the clip down below, featuring fashion week regulars Elin Kling, Hanneli Mustaparta and Miroslava Duma:

Azealia Banks Stars in JOYRICH's Spring 2013 Fashion Film. Sort Of.

Los Angeles RTW clothing label JOYRICH just dropped their brand new fashion film for the spring/summer 2013 collection.

The short film is soundtracked by Twitter-beefin' Azealia Banks with her "Van Vogue" jam. The song is dope and the clothes ain't bad either.

As usual for anything pumped out of the JOYRICH factory, I want ERRYTHANG from this collection.

Hollur at your girl with the lame Photoshop skills!

Lady Gaga & Nick Knight Wish You a White and Weird Christmas

SHOWstudio's Nick Knight and Ruth Hogben teamed up with pop wunder Lady Gaga to create a special video message for the Christmas season. Titled "White Christmas", the video is nothing more than just a blurry lens capturing Lady Gaga gyrating in some shiny weird, McQueen-y looking garb.

Question: Is Lady Gaga still relevant? Maybe just in Asia?

Alice Dellal Stars In A Very Un-H&M H&M Video

One of my favorite anti-model models Alice Dellal stars in this fashion film/potential European commercial for Swedish retailer H&M. Produced by the Swell NY gang (known for making sick fashion shorts), you see Alice in her typical gear sans anything with a CHANEL label on it, goofing around (London?) town with some other "scruffy" looking walking mannequins.

3 Minutes of Men's Fall 2012 Style Inspo From Barneys NY Co-Op [Video]

Barneys New York Co-Op has a really solid fashion film for the Fall 2012 season. Featuring mostly menswear looks,  you see one babe of a male model (Jamie Wise @ New York Model Management) sporting different ensembles from the department store's range of labels including Rag & Bone, Carven, A.P.C., Alexander Wang and tons more.

// A NOTE ON FASHION FILMS //

Over the last few years, the fashion industry has seen more and more designers and labels release short films highlighting their latest collections in what some people might just call a long commercial, or a live action advertisement campaign. But even more and more fashion photographers and other similar creatives in the fashion biz have started to expand their artistic verizons through film.

Thanks in part to the Internet which is hands-down the most commonly used medium for most folks to set their peepers on fashion shorts, there seems to be even more of a demand and requirement for the industry's top talents to breathe emotion and personality into their clothes.

But even those who don't make clothes are also venturing into the world of short films. Actually, they're the same folks that helped develop this foray into it's current state of popularity today (Nick Knight, Rankin, etc.). I'm talking about the photographers and visionaries that saw past that the story of one season's work could only be told through photographs.

Yes, there have been fashion commercials in the past (perfumes from luxury brands are a great example). But fashion films aren't created so much for the most part to be turned into commercials you see on TV (and honestly, have you even seen much of them on TV anyway?), but as another visual representative of the brand to possibly create a connection with the general public.

It's just a modern form of pop art, just like billboards, magazine advertisements and in-store branding materials (think signage you see at a department store).
